Michael the Branch manager and KAYLEE the assistant branch manager have been nothing but great on all aspects of customer service and helping me make the right decisions. Kathy Peterson has been there a bit longer and has always looked out for me, just like I am one of her family members. I have been with the Peoria Branch for 16 years and will NEVER LEAVE. I have banked with CAFCU about 20 years and I have never had a problem with either of my accounts there. Their customer service representatives are always very pleasant and helpful. I haven't had to call them but maybe a handful of times in my 20 years of doing business and I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a bank or credit union. Update - I have tried 3 times to get a Mastercard and been turned down all 3 times. One time about 2 weeks ago. I guess the length of time you have been a customer does not count when being approved for a credit card.

secured card can be set up with just 100 dollars, great card to build history with just a deposit of 100 dollars plus 10 percent plus 5 dollars permanent savings account.After two years, the card sucks, first year anniversary, too many inquiries, 2nd year anniversary, too much credit limits, not even allowed to raise limit with additional savings. I tried to close the damn thing online and over the phone, insisting that I come in to close the account.
