Very hard to stay on the same page in between calls seems like Credit Acceptance is very unorganized. I also feel like I got taken advantage of with my monthly payments and the fact they removed my auto pay without telling me.
I bought my vehicle in 2018. When covid hit money got tight and i called and Everytime they would tell me I needed to pay something before anyone would even talk to me. They were nasty, rude and ignorant so I said **** it. Wasn't putting myself through that again. So, I paid my payment and most of the time paid more then due. Well my car was recently repossessed and according the their policy the whole thing was illegal. They never sent out their intent letter, repoed it from a store parking lot and I wasn't even driving or present which the person driving had to walk 25 miles home from the other state. I got my card back but Redemption increased my car payment over 200.00 told me call customer service they would lower it. But to get car back had to say ok. The letter I got said it would be stored for 15 days locally. When I picked up my car 2 hours away they took my car to auction 5 days later at we hours of the morning.i have asked for new payment paper work they said they don't do any of that. But had no problem sending me letters about my repo and what was owed. Even after I paid 671.00 before I got car back took several days for the release to be sent and even the auction lady I spoke with said she don't understand what their problem was since they did Repo and send releases almost daily. So,I called get my stuff from towing company and never could get through and soon as I called CAC they had zero problem getting ahold of Predator Recovery Towing. They have crappy reviews to. I owed a lot less on my car the what it was worth and these 2 companies are crooks and were planning on making profit off my car and splitting it. Oh, and my new courtesy bill still says my old monthly payment so since they refuse to send me updated docs, I will be paying what my bill says and in the mean time I will be getting a lawyer and seeing what I am legally able to do against them.

They financed me very high 24.9% But been trying for years Me n my wife love our car hoping We can refinance in a yr and it goes down
Pro: They are flexible and understanding. Con: high interest rates. I would recommend for low credit scores, but if you have good credit score, look else where for loan.
I've never been late but on my credit report it shows I never paid May.It just states payment not made.Waiting for it to come off.It at least shows in all payment on time for all my cards and a loan.I would like to change my review If I could ever get ahold of someone or if someone could please call me about this issue, its the only one I have except the high interest of course but that was the agreement so thats on me.
If I had of read my fine print I would have noticed I was being charged 8500 in interest ,making my 9k car close to a 20k car what was on its last leg..learned my lesson on not asking for Carfax ..now the vehicle has quit working ,repairs are more then what it's worth.
It sucks It is by far the most unpleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle I think they used sneaky and deceitful tactics and that it should be illegal to charge somebody that much interest
