I paid this, or rather arranged for it to come out of my account and it has yet to do so and it is still on my account. Do not pay them. Go directly to the debtor.

There are duplicate collections with different amounts owed and I can’t get them fixed. These shouldn’t be on my credit report to begin with

They are no help what so ever, don’t trust anything they say, and don’t ever, ever give them your phone number, they will hound you to death

I do not recognize that money that is owed to that company and which continues to appear on my credit report because I have been a victim of identity theft, I have not been the person who owes that money, I live in Puerto Rico and not in the United States Please remove said information. I'm already tired of being charged money that I supposedly owe to that creditor,

I haven’t received communication on settling. Just harassing letters and even that I haven’t received in quite some time. I’d like to settle but don’t know how
