Credit.com

For the past few days my community in NY has literally been under attack. As to not play the victim I will not go into detail. I have been under stress and mentally and physically exhausted. Finally last night I started to get some good rest and feel relaxed. And what do you know I get a 'Scam Likely' call at 8:30 AM followed by a text from them recommending their services. If I wasn't under a lot of stress I would at the least call this very rude, because it is. If you got my number from my credit report you know I'm in NY and can look up the time. I may consult another credit repair firm in the future but am not sure what they would say. My score dipped because I needed to buy a computer and I still have good credit. If someone from credit.com is reading this I hope you have a blessed day ?‍♂️

Quick to charge your card but slow to provide the service they promise. They offer no option to cancel at anytime. You are left waiting for their customer service to respond. It takes 1-2 business days and they do not tell you that until after you sign up and pay the fee. You cannot remove your credit card from the site without giving them another card to charge. I cannot even complete my sign up with them. I keep getting an error trying to enter my rent info and they haven't responded in over 4 days to me asking for help. I am going to be forced to cancel my bank card and ask for another to prevent them from charging the card again and I have gotten "0" service for the money I paid. Save your money and do not use them. Complete fraud and rip off

This company are thieves and liars DO NOT GO TO THEIR SITE!!!! They stole money from me without authorization won’t refund it and made up that I had a fraud alert on Experian I called Experian it was a lie than they took more money out I emailed them again and now They made it where I can’t even email them I will be contacting the authorities

I think this site it´s really really helpful when it comes to helping out the costumers.

Credit.com is just a basic credit score site, but it does a great job at it. Users get 2 different scores, a very helpful dashboard, and even goal-setting tools with the free membership. It features an excellent interface, and solid standard tools and resources. Upgrades are available for users to purchase credit reports and monitoring services through Experian.
