Credit Karma

My card was stolen while I was locked up. I showed them proof and credit karma spend told me that they looked up my mdoc number on my incarceration paper but its not my inmate number its my state of Michigan number cause I been transferred idiots!!.. so with that being said they denied my dispute. I'm taking this to the attorney general, fdic, ftc and everywhere else I can. BBB has already been contacted!

Credit karma is a scam. They locked my account for no reason that I know of. No one in credit karma can tell me a reason. All they said was that my account is being review by the high department. ?
It might take a week or more and I have no access to my money?

Credit Karma is an inaccurate company. It's showing i owe on one of my cards, thats been paid off, and no balance on it. And my balances on my 2 loans are way lower than they are showing. Plus, I disputed one card, that was paid off for a few months. Instead of correcting it, they took it off my credit report completely, like i don't have it. The report overall shows I owe between $3,000 to $4,000 more then I actually owe.

Do NOT open accounts here. You cannot gain access to your money. They prevent quick turn around time on receiving a new debit card replacement as well as make you jump through hoops to access your accounts. And God forbid you request to close your accounts. Good luck. They don’t indicate anywhere that supposedly it takes 2-3 business days for the request to be sent to their”bank” and 7-14 days to mail a check. You cannot remove an old linked account that in my case had been closed over a year. The other five accounts they would not authorize to be linked as was apparently “not connected to their system”. They have talked over me, hung up on me, and passed the buck internally on many calls/contact. Horrible customer service. No means of rush to assist in quick response to debit cards or funds. Steer clear. I cannot stress this enough. I will continue to communicate this to everyone by every means available. No rating!!!!

Credit Karma is such a scam. I paid off two separate credit cards and my score dropped by 40 points for decreasing my balances. What kind of credit reporting is this when you make positive strides and your credit score drops. Its a scam because when I went directly to Experian it showed my credit score increased due to those balance decreases. Don't trust what they report, it is not correct.

CK has my home equity listed as negative, the value of my home from other generic websites is 70% higher. Fix it, you look unreliable using bad sources.

I had 2 fraudulent transactions take place on 3/2/22. I called multiple times the night of the 2nd, only to be told, that my money wasn't gonna be available until 3/10/22 which made no sense because I opened the account with a $10,000 wire transfer from Chase Bank. After much begging and pleading for the fraud to be stopped i was told that if I call Credit Karma at 12:01 AM on 3/10/22 the transactions could be stopped, so I said ok and that I would call. The first $500 transaction was taken out of my account on 3/4/22 and the 2nd $500 fraudulent transaction was removed on 3/5/22. Today is 4/9/22 and I just got off the phone with support from Credit Karma because I'm trying to appeal their decision to deny my dispute. I don't know how Credit Karma legally handles peoples money. It's been devastating to my life since I opened the account. It took Credit Karma right at 3 weeks to clear my money for use after they received my deposit. Its not fair because people, like myself, have families and to not be able to control your own money which is handled by a financial institution can really mess your life up. They're partnered with MVB bank and if any Credit Karma money spend account holder calls the bank to discuss their money, MVB Bank is not allowed to talk about the customers money to the Credit Karma customer. This may be a lil confusing but I hope I can help someone maybe not go through what I have. I need my money back!

Can Credit Karma be trusted?? We found out our tax records were sold by Credit Karma without our permission. Since the sell we have been informed that our tax records are on the dark websites. We have filled with all of the credit bureau's fraud protection that has to be updated each year. This is my personal opinion!!

Credit karma online saving account yes it was easy to open I started off putting in small amounts of money eventually I saved a good amount of money a couple thousand when I tryed to take my money out my account was fozen and credit karma will not give me back my money I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court just to get my money back

Credit karma is a scam. My three credit cards have been paid off for three months. Credit karma still shows balances on all three.
They work with credit card companies to reel you in and charge absurd monthly or yearly fees.
Beware of credit karma and all other scam piece of crap companies
