I love being able to keep an eye on my credit score using Credit Karma. I have found that the number doesn't always match what my bank says my credit score is but it is often very close. I did have a bill that I paid off through the company and it was still showing up on Credit Karma. They were very helpful with assisting in getting it removed.

I used Credit Karma Money for my tax return. It set me up a money account automatically. Fast forward there’s a transaction I didn’t complete. I dispute it, they give it back. Approximately 5wks later, they take it back. The letter they sent with it stated I could file an appeal & ask how they came up with the decision. I called & emailed beginning that day 4/12/23. On 5/23/23 they denied my appeal. Even though I gave everything they needed for proof. It’s like they’re refusing to give my money back. I’m still trying because I didn’t complete the transaction!!! TurboTax should NEVER EVER use them again. Bad business.

I believe we should be able to do at least 5 dollars a month.you should have a option of getting the line of credit first. Like a credit card then make monthly payments.

I signed up with credit karma in hope to build and repair my credit. Since January 2023 credit karma has denied my duplicates over someone logging into my account and stealing $3000.00 from me. They froze my account and what little I had left they are keeping. They refuse to allow me to transfer funds or order a card to get my money off of the account and uses what's left to pay rent. So because of this I'm being evicted from my home and several other transactions were declined for other bills that needed to be paid. I have called several time and spoke with numerous people and Not One Single person that I have talk to in the last 2-3 months can help me with any of these issues and many have hung up on me. SO IF YOUR PLANNING ON SIGNING UP WITH CREDIT KARMA PLEASE RECONSIDER BECAUSE THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU AND ARE OK WITH PEOPLE LOSINB MONEY AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS IMPORTANT. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH AND THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY AT ALL,

If you signed up for the “Seed-Fi” savings program they have been making changes to and your bank is no longer a supported bank to link to that app, their suggestion is to transfer your money to a bank that is supported by the app. This is a LOCKED credit builder program. Since my bank was ORIGINALLY accepted I already have money in there I can’t touch until I hit my savings goal. Now I am unable to continue to fund it due to them no longer accepting my bank and their resolution is to get a new bank account, or let it close and release my funds which in turn ruins my credit. THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS SAVINGS PRGRAM WAS TO BUILD MY CREDIT. Complete scam. They have been giving me the run around for months now. I don’t know what else to do.

Do NOT use this company for your tax refund! TurboTax markets them as getting your return faster. They have a daily limit on the amount you can transfer out of the account. I received my refund and it will take me a week plus 2-3 business days to get my tax refund into my bank account. They are basically holding my money hostage in their account while I jump through hoops to get it out. I'm disappointed in TurboTax for this false advertising.
No, Credit Karma doesn't ruin your credit. Checking your credit score on Credit Karma creates a soft inquiry, or credit check. A soft inquiry does not cause any credit score damage because it does not directly relate to a lender extending an offer for credit to a borrower. This type of inquiry will be noted on your full credit report for informational purposes. You can learn more from our soft credit check guide.
Like Credit Karma, WalletHub does not hurt your credit score. Unlike Credit Karma, WalletHub gives free credit scores and reports that are updated daily, not weekly. When you sign up for a free WalletHub account, you'll also get access to WalletHub's credit score simulator and customized credit-improvement advice.
