An urban planner and Nashville/Williamson County native, David Koellein (pronounced “Kay-line”) is an award-winning Realtor at Zeitlin with years of management experience working with Giarratana Development, the Metro Development and Housing Agency, and as an urban design professor and department chair at O’More College.
David approaches real estate with unique local insights, including a thorough understanding of public regulatory processes. Raised on a Williamson County farm and now a resident of Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, David is a freelance writer about urban architecture and development. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University and Harvard University’s world-renowned Graduate School of Design. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative, and his clients especially appreciate how strategically he approaches the process of buying and selling homes.
