Derek James Taylor

I don't know where I would be without Derek Taylor at Guild Mortgage. My home loan was previously through Flagstar, and they were grossly incompetent. We found out that they had NOT paid our taxes that had been escrowed into our account. Instead, they sent a check with the wrong home number to the tax assessor, who put the check into another account. Mr. Taylor was an incredible asset in helping us sort through that mess. Within a day, we had everything straightened out and our taxes had been paid. We refinanced our home with his help, and for three years now we have never had a problem. I would recommend him to everyone.
