ATT erroneously billed me as the building owner for a tenant's internet account. After multiple attempts to correct it with ATT, I realized they were hopeless so I paid it anyway through Diversified with the agreement that upon payment it would be removed from my record. Diversified never made good on their end of the deal. It is odd how consumers are held to one standard of performance, yet vendors, collection agencies, and even the credit bureaus appear under no obligation to adhere to the fair facts. ATT sucks, don't ever do business with them. Diversified functions as their enabler. The credit agencies don't give a damn... Totally ridiculous.

I do not owe this bill and have no idea why it’s on my report again.. It’s already been removed once.. I’m working very hard on my credit score after a divorce and bankruptcy I do not need false accounts on my report.

Paid this twice once with the account holder and then with them put on may credit for no reason sad how these companies are allowed to do this it should be a crime

I don't owe this debt. Sprint broke the contract, not me. This should be removed from my credit report. I've disputed it through credit karma but they only have predetermined responses.

They seemed to not have a phone number so I called the original company and paid them. So if you are trying to reach this company you may just want to bypass and contact the original account holder

this information is incorrect from the date to the amount Sprint has bad drop and receiving calls the phone was a promotional with the employee I worked for it was free now they are trying to charge me for it since 2016 when I was trying to get my bill adjusted they did not help their losing more customer with poor service cheat labor thank you

I never had anything I opened with this compang ever kinda dont understand how this can continuously keep happening to me when there is multiple accounts or collectors that are trying to collect on me when I literally have NEVER in my life opened any kf these accts
