They are vicious. I was disabled due to a broken neck. They refuse to end loan as federal law requires (just as loan should not be reporting now - until June due to Covid Federal Rules) they refuse to give me a disability release. They GARNISH MY DISABILYY CHECK! If I’m getting a disability ck? I’m disabled. They refuse my doctors letters. They are criminal. Getting an atty.

I have been completely crushed by them. I have been struggling and scraping by and it just seems to get worse all the time, absolutely beyond stressful.

They tricked me into getting a student loan I told them I couldn't pay back by telling me I received a grant. Now I am in debt I cannot pay.

I do not have a loan with ECMC, this is a scam and fraud by this collection agency. Remove this collection or I will file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.

I did not apply for this loan in 2018 and do not owe this debt. This is a fraudulent attempt to collect a debt that I did not apply for or receive for that matter. How may I correct this. Thank You

Fraudulent company! Even after the law requires them to remove debt they still try to continually collect when the debt is no longer yours to begin with!

Great!!! Easy going and attentive, and explained everything correctly. They did not pressure or threaten any lawsuit. Now I'm on consolidation, and will start payments

It would be great if i could get a reasonable plan to pay this back. What can ECMC do to help me with this situation. My interest rate is outrageous and the loan just keeps getting higher.
