Fay Servicing

Had water damage. Filled with insurance. Got check almost immediately. But had to send to mortgage company because of the amount. No problem with that. But took them forever to send us any kind of check to get the work started. This started on Xmas eve and the work was done in February. We are still waiting for the rest of our money. Had to pay workers with my income tax check. Just called the in may. To hopefully get the rest of my money. Every time I call it’s a new person I talk to. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I’m very angry and tired off having to call over and over again. With out any results. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get things handled. I’m so tired off the excuses. 5 months. Work was done in 2.

0 stars, imcompetent, fraudulent and . We own a multi family property and had issues with them trying to force us to use their insurance provider (also owned by then) which was about 70% more expensive. So then they add in their insurance premium fees and then it takes countless hours for us and our insurer to explain to them how a multi-family insurance policy works and get the charges removed. We go through this it seems every 6 months. If anyone wants to start a lawsuit, I would happily join and contribute. They need to be closed down.

0 Stars below Negative are deserved for this Mortgage Servicer and any one that has looked the other way with them. They are unprofessional, inept, incompetent and have been sued multiple times for various servicer infractions. The next step Is that All public Government Agencies and private individuals and entities and Consumer advocacy groups and officials responsible; US Attorney General's must put them out of business once and for all. They are and have been negatively accounting and reporting on my own Mortgage since they assumed Servicing responsibilities due to their multiple errors. In my opinion they are not even legitimate nor have legal standing to do what they do from what I've seen. They are pirates. I say start at the top and bring their house down... Fay Servicing your days are numbered. I and countless others that you have attempted to roll over are seeing to it once and for all.

Fay Services has been great working with, they attend to all your needs. I couldn’t ask for a better partner on this journey to get my home paid off and feel financial freedom!

Fay Servicing will not work with consumer and show proof of any monies owed to them. they increase payments on mortgages above mortgage contracts and also will not work with heirs of mortgages and their customer service hangs up on people when asking questions and sends out insulting letters. I personally would stay away from doing any business with this company

They have been notified on numerous occasions that my SSI comes on the 3rd Wed. of each month and the payment is paid then. They won’t adjust the date.

This company is so completely incompetent and out right fraudulently steals money from their customers. I've had property since 2014 with the same insurance since then. I refinanced in 2021 and it got sold to this worthless company. They decided that I needed insurance on each individual apartment in 2 separate multifamily buildings which I own completely and insure completely. Starting in April they demanded the proof of insurance which I and my insurance agent provided at nauseum, and they completely ignored. They say they've found and fixed the issue but then have continually raise my mortgage payment after an escrow analysis. Then a few weeks later letters for more forced insurance. Some policies get canceled the mortgage payment doesn't get reduced and then they reinstate the policies on the same apartment they just canceled one on. They've stolen thousands of dollars so far. I'm not going down with out a fight, I've started messaging the lawyers that brought a past class action lawsuit against them for this same issue. I suggest we all get together.

Our mortgage was transferred to them, they are awful. They don't communicate, and they are trying to take our home over 5,000. Fay Servicing is the fifth mortgage company we have had in less then two and they are the worse.

This company takes over a week to produce the payoff documents for a house. The service is terrible and the people over the phone are very rude. I will not work with a lender that uses them ever again.
