I am a private investor who has used Hilliard Lyons for nearly 60 years. First Clearing took over the data reporting part of Hilliard Lyons in early February and shut down my On Line Access to my account. It was suppose to be restored on Feb 23rd. Today date, March 9th my On Line Access is very limited. Over 20 dividend transactions still do not appear since January 1st. Also, First Clearing re-invested at least one of my dividends without any authorization from me. I find their completion of the transition as significantly incomplete. First Clearing has promised to fix this problem for several days with no improvement as of this writing. My next step is to contact FINRA and file a formal complaint.
