I have been with this back for almost 4 years. This is the most amazing bank! I mainly use the Eclectic Branch, but find the same great customer service at every other branch as well. The staff at the Eclectic branch is what has kept me committed to FCBCA. They get to know you by name and always take the extra time to make sure you fully understand everything. They never make you feel rushed, unimportant, or that you are bothering them. I couldn't tell you how many times I’ve called just for something simple and they always made me feel it was the most important thing they are working on.
When I first opened an account with them I had no clue how to use online banking, but Jennifer took time in middle of the day and on the spur of the moment and walked me through everything! I just adore how understanding and committed they are to me and my banking needs. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
