Decent credit score and thought I would get this card to help improve my available credit. Used the card, paid more than the minimum on time and then they reduced my credit limit which hurt my score. This was when I was trying to buy a new house and it cost me the loan. Called and complained, asked for supervisor twice and received a call back from a rather snotty sounding lady who said that it would be 4 months before they could review my limit. I demanded that if they can decrease it overnight then they should be able to increase it overnight. Her response was if I didn't like it she could just close my account. Got a letter today that she did just that. Will never use them again.

Made a mistake on putting bank number down for payment, Went in and put right number in after they sent me a letter and they deleted new payment info and 2nd payment did not go through. I called them and they said there is no way to delete old payment info from my account. I made payment again this time talking to them. A few days later I get a letter telling me my account has been suspended because of the 2 bad payments. The payment was still on time. Called today about suspended, and they said they can no unlock the card because my second payment that cleared my bank a week ago takes 10 days to clear their bank. Even that last month's payment was still paid on time. Worst bank I have ever had, I canceled my card and will never do business with them again. They need to train better, Lady today said they can delete wrong bank account in payment info.

DO NOT PUT YOUR INVESTMENTS HERE! They will not return your calls about questions with your investments. Mark Vance is the worst excuse for an advisor there ever was . Left multiple messages for him to call over several months and he will not return calls. Talked to others in the organization and they made excuses and gave me the run around. Time to look for a different company. I would have given 0 stars if it were possible.

@FNBO The one who finally called and left a message is the one who has ignored my repeated messages over more than a year. I will not deal with him. He has disrespected me long enough. I have requested someone else handle my account and that request has been ignored. I am in the process of moving my account to a different bank. I understand that my little $200,000 IRA is nothing to you, but I would think a callback would be common courtesy.

BEWARE OF First National Bank Omaha (FNBO). I have had online issues with paying my credit card bill and was charged Return Fees because they said my Checking Account at my Bank was closed, which was not true all. I called customer service and they were not willing to reverse the Return Fee they charged me. On top of that, they charged me a Late Fee as well. STAY AWAY from First National Bank Omaha (FNBO). They will not budge to HELP YOU IN ANYWAY! These people are not looking into your BEST INTEREST! You have been warned people!! STAY away from First National Bank Omaha (FNBO)!!

Your Sheetz Credit Card approval odds are higher if you have at least good credit, which is a score of 700 or higher. Yes, any of the First National Bank of Omaha credit cards will do hard pulls upon applying. Their credit cards require at least good credit (i.e. a credit score of 700+), with the exception of the First National Bank of Omaha Secured Visa, designed for applicants with bad or no credit.
