DO NOT USE!!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called in for cancellation, received my confirmation of cancellation email yet they continued to bill me for an additional 3 months. They claimed to have no record or notes of my call yet I received the cancellation email. The against was argumentative then when I asked for the supervisor, she was also dismissive and unwilling to refund the charges. SCAMMERS

I HATE this company. I have tried calling and emailing with no return calls, or any type of communication. I canceled the service the same day and I am being charged $39 from my account. Tried calling several times and was on hold over 1/2 hour each time today was 58 minutes. I still have no resolution.

IInitially as I was beginning the process of creating an account and entering my personal information, I felt like the process at that point was clear cut and simple. The application was painless and fast, and I was easily able to answer the identity verification questions. After verifying my identity I was taken to a page with my results. My credit score was displayed and there were categorized links that I could choose in order to view detailed specifics (IE: payment history, credit cards, credit usage, etc). At this point I was happy and pleasantly surprised at short amount of time it took for me to fill out the form and verify my identity. However, when I actually clicked on a link to get the detailed report I realized I had been had. In order to see more info than just my numerical score, it would have required me to pay and begin a membership. The process was very misleading and essentially a scam.

FreeCreditScore.com isn't as free as you'd think, but I am fairly satisfied with the site. It's easy to sign up and get your free credit score. The catch is that you have to sign up for their credit monitoring service, but you can call and cancel it after your done reviewing your reports. It's not much of a hassle to cancel. Their customer service was easy to deal with. I would recommend as long as you're not caught off guard by the fee.

It's a typical credit score site where you can get all three credit reports for free. The downfall is that you have to pay to get your actual FICO score which is what most people want. I didn't like that you have to actually call to cancel your service where they try to hold you as a customer which I find really annoying. It's a big hassle and most people forget and then get slapped with a fee of $21.95 I believe. This is site sponsored by Experian. Your trial only lasts for 7 days so it's a very small window. I probably wouldn't use this site again.

This is a terrible credit score company. I had to spend about seven months trying to get ahold of their customer service department to cancel my account after the free trial, and it was not an easy process. Their score information is fine at best, but it's not worth their inability to be available or their shadiness when you try to cancel.

The "clear disclosures" of the website were not really there. I have to pay a monthly fee for my credit score which really is not the best when I can go to a different website and obtain it for free. I enjoyed the trial and the website looks modern and sophisticated. Calling to cancel the subscription was an easy process and customer service helped me along the way. Overall I give FreeCreditScore.com three out of five stars.

I am happy with this website and think it was simple to use. I signed up when I seen an add for a free trial just to check my credit score as I was curious. After receiving my score I called them to cancel my subscription as I did not want to pay monthly. Talking to customer support was brief and easy and resolved my requests very fast.

Overall FreeCreditScore is a good free credit score site. I had a problem that was resolved in a fairly easy and quick manner. The credit scores are up to date and clearly understandable. I had no problems with this site

I absolutely hate this company. Their disclosures are very unclear and they try to trick you at every corner. Their customer service is always outsourced and never varies from their scripts. They just give you the same fake sympathetic responses over and over again. Their website wasnt even working half the time either. Its a huge waste of money.
