When I had my accident, I called Frontier and got in contact with my agent, Carla, who was very understanding and helpful. She asked me to explain the situation in my own words and got to work in providing me with a check for repairs on my rear-ended vehicle. I spoke with for about two days before we were able to get everything settled and a day or so later I received a check for deposit. We were able to go to my local mechanic and get the repairs done without the check being put on hold or my bank needing a repair slip. About a week after I had the repairs done Carla called me again to ask if there was anything else I needed help with and if things went smoothly. It was great customer service. I'll be keeping my business with them for a long time.
