My experiences with this bank has been great. Decent interest rated, lowest fees, and friendly staff. (Old Canton Branch MS). The only thing is the calling on the phone to headquarters in Oklahoma which seems to be standard but not my experiences with other banks.

I opened up my account with FSNB 1-2 months ago, and so far it's been a lovely experience with them. However, I dislike the account fees, and minimums which is not bank friendly in my opinion. Customer care seems to be nice every time I've spoken to them over the phone. The mobile app is plain, but works terrifically I've never encountered freezes or app issues of any kind. However, the app could use a more-modern make over so could the website & I do absolutely hate how long it takes for deposits to enter the account even in pending status. However, besides those cons that don't affect my rating I would give them, I love them in all-honesty and would recommend them for everyday banking needs whether you live near a branch or not. The bank makes it super easy and it is mostly an online bank with branches that are very convenient if you are in a state with branches & a AWESOME feature is that I can deposits funds through a card over the phone with a rep which is a great way to add funds from one bank to another instantly from card to card. FSNB is awesome and a good bank if you can deal with the cons.
FSNB has put over $1400 in erroneous chargebacks on my account. I have paperwork from an FSNB representative showing that the chargebacks were done in error, yet they refuse to issue a refund of my money. You can't hold up peoples funds because of your error. They are rude and dismissive. Looking at their rating on here, BBB, and other places, I can clearly see that I am not the only one whom they have wronged. They should be shut down!!!
Horrible bank. have been with this bank for 15 years and always have had over $50,000 in Checking account an treated like a piece of Junk service and bank. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DO NOT TRUST this bank with your money. They place holds on (Your money) ALL THE TIME. it's happened to me more than 30 times over the past 15 years. Go to a big bank or local bank.
I have had FSNB Bank for a couple days now and I have to say I love them. I have personal account(s) with them and they are great! Customer care is extraordinary - Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There fees can be high, but for the perks that come with the checking accounts it’s worth it. I love that I can call and fund my account with a debit card which I found pretty neat, and awesome because it’s easier and super convenient. (I have the Advanced Checking so I get paid a day early which is a great perk for me that’s for sure!) so far I have had no issues or complaints when there was an issue with logging in from another domain they immediately locked my account after 3 times of trying but I loved that they did that because that shows the excellence of security with them and once I called Monday they immediately unlocked it for me and I was back to online banking! There mobile is pretty basic, but it’s great no bugs, lags, or issues at all and I find the mobile app very convenient and easy-accessible for my daily needs so I love it, telephone banking is awesome, customer care does not take long to answer at all and I never sat on the phone longer then 5 mins usually 2-3 mins that’s about it. I also don’t mind the fees that they have for a debit card replacement, maintenance fees, design card fees, and other fees they have because some of them can be easily avoided. I see so many negative comments and in my opinion I find them ridiculous because it’s been almost a week and I had the best experience ever with them, and I could never say that when I use to have PNC, TD, Wells Fargo, M&T or even Chase. FSNB may have a lot of fees, but they are a great bank and l love them that’s for sure and one thing I admire more is that they don’t do credit checks which is great for people who need second chances at banking and the Camden, Delaware location where I opened up my account has the best staff, clean branch, and a wonderful location over all this bank has definitely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier as a customer. I highly recommend them!!!
Not only have representatives been very rude when I’ve called about issues! But, my account was over drafted 37$ and they put it on my credit report 2 months of no activity! I am a full time student and mom and the fees are so high! Not to mention I had to call about a 20$ overdraft fee they keep putting on my account every time an error is made with this debit card! I paid to have over draft protection and when I called asking why my account isn’t protected from overdraft they stated that overdraft protection allows overdraft to occur but not having over draft protection will still allow over draft to occur! The audacity of these customer service representatives being very disrespectful wanting to argue! This is it for me with FSNB they are absolutely legally stealing from people! I’ve had enough of disrespect, miscommunication, false advertisement, and spiteful tendencies from their workers!
I got into an argument with a rep on the phone and she vindictively disabled my online access and removed overdraft privileges and manually manipulated my account to manually brethren items even though there were funds. I called back to see what was up and was told "if you mention going to another bank that's what we do"
THIS BANK MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO BE IN OPERATION. FOR CHRISTMAS, SOMEONE HACKED INTO ONE OF MY TERMINALS AND GOT ALL OF MY PROPRIETARY INFORMATION. THEY MIRRORED MY PHONE AND DRAINED EVERY SENT I HAD. THEY USED UBER AS THEIR PERSONAL LIMOUSINE SERVICE. I WENT TO DISPUTE IT, HAD THE CORRESPONDING POLICE REPORT AND I WAS TOLD THAT AN EMPLOYEE DENIED MY CLAIM BECAUSE MY CARD WAS STILL BEING USED. I SPOKE WITH MY IT GUY, AND HE DESCRIBED AN ENTIRE SCENARIO BY WHICH IT IS ALL POSSIBLE. I RELAYED THAT TO A SUPERVISOR AND ASKED FOR RECONSIDERATION, WHICH THAT SUPERVISOR DENIED IT AND FURTHER STATED THAT I COULDN'T RECEIVE ANOTHER DEBIT CARD. WHERE IS THAT RIGHT? HOW AM I THE VICTIM, NOT ONLY NOT GET ANOTHER DEBIT CARD WITH MY ACCOUNT, BUT LOSE OUT ON THOUSANDS? OH NO, THIS IS ILLEGAL. I'M SENDING THEIR BOARD OF DIRECTORS A LETTER AS A FINAL ATTEMPT. THEN, I'M TAKING IT TO COURT. PERIOD! IF ANYONE FROM FSNB READS THIS, YOU HAVE MARCH 23, 2022 TO CONTACT ME, OTHERWISE, FURTHER WILL I QUEST FOR JUSTICE. TO ANYONE ELSE, THIS IS A HORRIBLE BANK WITH INEXCUSABLE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worst bank in history! Even worse than regions! This bank is all about making and taking money from it's clients! Absolute gangsters!!! If you love yourself and care about your money please don't use this bank! You have been warned!
Worst bank ever. I initially opened an account because the dealer I bought a car from said they were a top-notch bank. Not at all true. loaded me down with life insurance solicitations. I had to open a savings account to become a "member". After paying off the loan way early, mostly because their statements are ridiculous to read, they charged me 15.00 because there was no activity. It's a savings account and then insisted that they could still pull payments from the bank I use through the autopay I set up even though the loan was paid in full...... anyway Tinker is an outstanding credit union. Spare yourself the aggravation and expense go with any other credit union.
