Received offer in mail, credit is at fair. Only 2 low debts and I was denied. I’m actually happy since I don’t need to pay $175 fee plus the annual fee!! Discover It rewards unsecured card approved me with no annual fee and I’ll definitely stick with them!!!
This card was a wonderful card I made my payments but then I fell behind and I wasn't able to catch up if there is a way I can work with this company to get caught back up and continue to use the credit card as I do need it I would be willing to try to make payments as long as I was able to keep the credit card account active
So far it's still new but I haven't had any situations with the card and I did call customer service department and I had a few questions about somethings and they were absolutely helpful and I will say that I had a good experience with them and usually and I mean any and all customer service departments are so painful to call and get anything done with the problems you need fixed but when I was on the phone with these guys they were polite and very nice and I was super surprised all of the questions I was asking about they were actually on point and getting me the proper answer to the question being asked, so I'm just going to throw my opinion out and say that If what I got isn't great customer service then I truly mean this I really don't know what is having to do the dreaded customer service call for me is just unbelievably gut wrenching on my small scale and I will truly be honest and say that I didn't know that you are able to get the service I got in my past experiences with other people's customer service I got nothing but headache and aggravation and I don't think I or anyone else needs that I am so happy for the best service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing
Do not do it. Its not worth the aggravation for a $700 credit limit. I was preapproved back on October 29 for the MMC Gold Card. They asked me to send a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my SS card. The gave a fax number and a mailing address. Over the last 35 days when I call to get status I have been told yes we have received them and no we have not received them. It will take several calls to find a person who knows what they are doing. They will switch you from department to department and no one ever has a straight answer. How can you not have a phone number to check the status and to speak to someone who knows what the correct status is . I have sent my information 2x by mail and 2x by fax and to this day I still dont have a straight answer. I am done trying.
You got bad credit need a card to establish credit it’s probably OK. But watch it closely, this is not a very good card. When you make payments, they are very slow to credit it, communication was not very good with them. I feel there are much better cards out there.
If i could rate 0 stars I would. Sent my card to an entirely wrong address, and I called to see see where it was because they sent me an account invoice with the annual fee but I hadn't got the card yet. They asked me to verify my name, date of birth, and social but still needed to see my driver's license. I asked representative to transfer me, and i got stuck on a hold. At this point I wanted to cancel so I called again and spoke to someone who seemed like they know what they are doing. Ask me to verify an OLD address in which my card was sent to, and I did and said my new card would arrive in 7-10 business days, and he apologized. It's been a month, and I finally got a letter in the mail yesterday from them. Was it my card? Nope. It was a letter requesting me to verify my address, through the address I had recieved the letter. So I call and say hey I got the letter requesting address verification, and they had the audacity to ask for a picture of my ID again. I hadn't even got the card and was being charged the annual fee. Different techs ask for different things. Annual fee is a joke. I was only going to use this cars for credit building but now I can't say I would recommend it to ANYONE for anything.

Seeing CB INDIGO on your credit report is nothing to worry about if you have the Indigo Credit Card or you recently applied for it.
