Lost a small business it's most senior employee. 12 years of service were exchanged for the business owner's relationship with this firm. Difficult to contact, changes subject when asked pointed questions he does not want to answer. Cost my family a lot of money and time over the Christmas season. Very knowledgable about his business. Questionable ethics.
