GLA Collection Company

I get calls from GLA several times a week! I don't owe them anything and I wish they would stop calling and I want them to take this negative amount of my credit report! I've sent them proof that I paid this hospital bill in full and Community Hospital in Indiana should have never sent it to collections! Community Hospital took the entire amount of that payment and put it towards other bills that was pass due, is what I was told from the billing department! (THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DESIGNATE MY MONEY!) But they've yet to send me an itemized statement as to where my money went! So NO, I am not willing to settle with GLA because I do not owe them anything!!

Paid in full. Never got a bill for this. But I did owe it so I paid bit in full. Please take this off my credit now. Thank you for letting me know that I still had this

I submitted $40 to close the account several months ago. Now I’m submitting $50 to close the account. Hopefully I will hear from them.

They are horrible, very rude. Hard to deal with. They lie all the time. Scam people. Nothing good can be said about this company.

Completely unsatisfied with the treatment each time that I have called to clear this off of my report and before it turned into such a mess.
Is this even legal?
At this point I guess it will just remain unpaid by me and uncollected by them because they are asking me to turn twists when it was not even turned over with proper information or insurance information.
Completely insane to treat a sick person as they are allowed to do. PERIOD

GLA is in violation of HIPPA LAW by showing a medical debt. Therefore this needs to be removed from my credit report immediately unless GLA can show the original document I signed that allows them to collect that debt.

They didnt bill my insurance in time despite having it on file (same old insurance Ive always had) and are now attempting to get me to pay because of their mistake. It is not my fault their office didnt bill my insurance in the time window for my insurance to pay the bill. That is an error on their side and there should be no mark against my credit for their mistake.

Wonderful report.. Very refreshing.. Just completely made my day to see this accurate portrayal of my payment history.. It was so touching the way they so much of me to report this way! There just aren't words that could possibly express my sincere gratitude!
