Company is Horrible, do not get invoked with the people! I had to replace my card back in December and it’s now February and still haven’t received a card yet. Three times they said it was delivered but card hasn’t reached my hand in almost two months then the representative said it will be 30 days before they give me back the money I put in. That is ridiculous!!! Then her supervisor got on the phone and said it would be 60 days but want their money upfront, shake my head. Please don’t get involved with these people. They about to get sued.
Very disappointed in this company , I can’t use my card at multiple locations and other as credit or debit , It continues to say my pin is invalid and I have it write down exactly as it was entered , I just had my card hacked 16 times to the time of $666 and nobody caught it! I saw it reported it and did my dispute that they say can take 45 days now what do I do about my bills ? Never saw a company who didn’t credit your account until it was final .. can’t wait to switch my money out of here
The customer service is HORRIBLE..Its hard to understand the customer service rep. due to their lack of being able to speak English well. I put in a dispute for an unauthorized use of my card. I won my dispute and the money was credited back to my account then GO2BANK reversed the credit and said they credited me the refund twice which they DID NOT . I offered to send a screen shot of the previous transactions but NO ONE would listen. They were very arguementive, not good listeners and overall a HORRIBLE experience. Now I have a dispute against GO2BANK with Lifelock to get my money back..My advice is to pay close attention to your account when using GO2BANK because they may be taking your money..

I had put in for my new job to use Direct Deposit. Come pay day...no money. I called and they said it could take 1 to 2 pay periods for me to access my paychecks! Under NO circumstances would I recommend this scam bank to Anyone. They are holding my money hostage and there is not one thing I an do about it as they have no US presence.
This bank is a joke! They hold your funds on returns for 14 days, even after there is a tracking number of the refund from the store! Poor Customer Service!! I would use Varo if you find yourself needing an online bank or Capitol One 360! Stay away from this scam!!!
This is not the bank for you if you deposit checks. I was on disability from my job and was receiving checks from my union in the mail. I went on my GO2bank mobile app to deposit my check and it was declined, I had deposited a check 3 weeks earlier from the same bank account with no problem, but because it was a larger amount they declined it. I called them and told the customer service representative I could email the paperwork from the union or they could place a hold on the funds, but they still declined the deposit. I am not mobile and will be receiving these checks for a while never the same amount. I guess I will be looking for a new bank
This bank/mobile app is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. I never received my debit card and had over $500 in charges to my account. When I contacted them and disputed the charges in less than 10 days the denied my disputes and closed the case. Now I sit here with nothing and expect to sit back and say nothing. Well that's not going to happen. I'm going to do whatever I can to recoup my money and if this means suing them then that's what I'll do. The only reason they got a rating of 1 is because that's the lowest ranking that was offered.
This bank is not to recommend at all. I unfortunately still have an account with them and they are collecting monthly fees, because I was not able to close the account. Only option I had was to "spend" the rest of the balance (which was $0.45)" with their card and then the account would be closed. Funny. I decided to close the account with them when they started to charge fees for network loads may it be from CashApp or other legit providers like Square. So they still try to charge me a $5 monthly maintenance fee. I filed a complaint against them with the Federal Reserve. They just became like most other "online only" banks. Greedy, greedy, greedy.
