I recently traveled overseas and my Citibank account was not being used for some time. After a while, I decided to check my balance using online banking and I was shocked to see my account was a few hundred dollars overdrawn. While my account was inactive, Citibank had kept charging me some fees and my account got overdrawn, then the fines for overdraft kept augmenting up to hundreds of dollars. I immediately contacted the bank's customer service via chat to get clarity and the lady was so understanding and friendly. She also was able to wave more than half of the fee, which reduced my negative balance. I was so happy with the way my problem was understood and taken care of that I recommend Citibank to most of my friends and relatives. Their customer support is excellent.
Jonna Wooten is a very renowned Statefarm insurance agent and I have worked with her for about 10 years. What I like about her most is her dedication and professionalism. She always gives me full attention and gets me the best deals as if she was working for herself. She also takes time to offer me advices about insurance and business in general. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good insurance agent
I've had Capital One High Yield checking account for two years now and I love it. I first was very reluctant about opening another account because I already had 2 accounts with different banks but a close friend of mine insisted that I try it out. I'm happy to say I don't regret opening it. I like the fact that the bank doesn't charge any monthly fees and their online banking system is very attractive and detailed. All the help I have needed for my checking account have been met with ease and the staff is always friendly whenever I stop by the bank for different account-related reasons. I would recommend it for sure.
This card's offers seem nothing special compared to other cards. My Capital One Venture credit card for example has better rewards and more chances to earn points. In fact, my plan with Capital One rewards me a minimum of 5 points for every $1 spent. The maximum is 8 points depending on where I shop. This card also has a high late fee compared to the one I have. So in sum, I am not too impressed and I don't think I'd be willing to use it
I like that this AAA Member Rewards Credit card's gives rewards on the things most people consider simple, yet very necessary like gas and groceries. Moreover, this card offers better benefits compared to others I've used in the past. One example is the American Express credit card that I used in the past which really had a high maximum amount i had to spend in stores in order to be eligible for a reward. This card seems offers good benefits and I will be getting one in the future.
Last year I was on a mission trip overseas and I was using my Bank of America checking account Visa debit card to do most of my purchases and also on ATMs. At first I was confused about the fees I was being charged by the bank after each transaction. I contacted support and they helped me understand that when you're overseas and make a transaction, the bank charges connection fees as well as international transaction fees. An other issue was when my Visa card reached the expiration date and I had to get a new one from the bank while I'm overseas. Shipping took longer than I predicted and so I had to spend some days without any way to withdraw money or make a transaction
I start using a regular savings account from Bank of America in 2008 and have been very happy with the experience. I always find help whenever I need it and this savings account has been my solution for planning financially for my long-term projects, saving for my needs, and of course sometimes using it to top up my checking account when it's running low.
