There is a fee of About $10/$1000 to payoff over the phone. I will be sending a check to pay off this portion. And the account has been sold to Edfinancial and they offer Kwik pay but I believe they also charge fee.

I was told the COVID repayment was extended until end of Sept. 2021 and I was hit with a 60 days past due! Ever since I’ve used Granite State for student loans—it’s been nothing but problems!
