Wells Fargo just lost a very long time customer
today. We received a visit from adult protective
services. Because I tried to cash a check on my
husband's account last week and they couldn't
verify it with him over the phone. Seriously?
My husband is disabled and isn't able to make it into our local branch to add me to his account.
These people really have some nerve. They weren't concerned for his welfare. They were more concerned about me being a criminal than anything. All over a $300.00 check. They could of cost my husband everything.
We will be transferring everything out of his account and closing it today.
