Verified CustomerPurse stolen with card & phone I call for help get none since don't know card# can't verify via phone or email won't help me to update new info which means my secured credit building card is now reporting negatively to my credit score and I'm just out the cash required to secure the card. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY GO2 BANK AKA GREENDOT IS A THIEF

I am sorry I ever got a Greendot card. My account was compromised and Greendot Bank shut my account down. Someone hit my account for $500.00. Greendot bank said they would mail me a check for what was left in my account. My monthly check just got direct deposited. I requested they overnight me my funds but they refused. Said it would take 2 weeks to get my remaining balance. That is a joke and unconscionable conduct by Greendot. I would advise using a regular bank if at all possible. If u can’t go see someone in person about your banking needs then you are in for nothing but trouble. I had been a customer for about 10 years but no more. And Greendot hung me out to dry.

Made a payment of $117 to a card with balance of $417 and limit of $800. Their system charged me $1170. I immediately call in once alerted by my bank to get this fixed. 3 weeks later, I am still getting the run around trying to get my money back. Finally after being told it would take 4-8hrs to speak with a supervisor, I closed the account down. Now they tell me 8 weeks to issue a refund check. I would highly advise anyone and everyone from ever dealing with this company!

Never use Green Dot someone hacked my account changed everything and took my money ,they were investigated an seen it was hacked but wouldn't give me all my money back they still kept 450 for no reason just didn't want to approve it , clearly was taken from the same hacker same location ! That's is not right

They have been promising to send debit card in the mail for 3 months now and it never arrives. Their customer service reps hang up on me and they tell me I have no option to withdrawal my own money without that card! SCAM!!!!

Cannot get card to work. Cannot get help. No contact numbers. I complained on sm and never got response on fb. Twitter told me to dm them after I went public cause they don't answer dms. Now on day three and my truck insurance lapsed while trying to get my money back/help. Hidden fees ate up enough I'd have to pay another fee to load more to pay said insurance. Raising my total to about 20% more than before greendot got involved. Their sm is nothing but complaints and "we're sorry. Dm us". Then they don't

I bought a card and loaded $300 to give to a relative as a gift. My relatives could not activate and gave it back to me I gave not been able to get the $ from the card. Never again I will buy a Green Dot card.

The fees for the Green Dot prepaid card are as follows: a monthly fee of $7.95, an ATM or teller cash withdrawal fee of $3, and a $5.95 cash reload fee. There is also an ATM balance inquiry fee of $0.5. Plus, if you lose your card and need to replace it, you will be charged a $5 fee.
I already have Green Dot prepaid card. Does it not help with credit?

At this time, you cannot transfer money from your Go2 Bank account to another bank account. You can only transfer money to your Go2 account from another bank account.

You cannot transfer money from your Green Dot card if you reported it stolen. Once you report the card to be stolen, Green Dot blocks it and issues you another one. Your balance is automatically transferred on the new card.
