I do not owe them anything! They can not present a signed legal document or any documentation that I owe them because I do NOT! They are in total violation for putting this on my credit report when I do mot owe them!

I have not received a single letter or bill from this collections agency, nor have I ever received a phone call. I don't know what bill it is for, or what company. I don't have any outstanding bills other than this anomaly.

I have kept this outstanding debt on my credit score because I was not responsible for the majority of that fee due to a billing mistake on the company’s part. After trying to get the institution to fix their mistake for one year, they instead turned me over to collections. The first call I received from collections I explained the situation, the gentleman on the phone apologized, and I never heard from anyone again.
