I have documentation that this account is incorrect. I'm being charged twice for the same meter reading! I've contacted the creditor and they can not provide a bill for that time period? Incorrect

Awful customer service. The bill was paid directly to the creditor and gave them all the information and they still haven’t removed from my credit report.

I called a few months ago after I got a letter in the mail from them saying I owed them $385 on a Duke energy debt. I already paid Duke Energy and had the confirmation number. I called and gave it to them. They said they would speak to Duke Energy. A month later my credit score went down -22 points. I called again, the representative said she could see my confirmation number and would have to send me paperwork to dispute. SMH!

I paid this bill off months ago but they have kept it on my report. I paid Duke Energy who the money was owed to. They tried to contact this company to remove the derogatory report

These people are incompetent, money grubbing, maliciously lying CROOKS! They promised me that if I paid them in full -- (a lousy $142 for electricity I wasn't aware of, let alone actually use) they would remove the collection from my report. It's now 6 years later, and that $#1t is still sitting on there! (Just marked as paid and disputed by consumer).
Consumers Energy FAILED to revert ownership of the account back to the HOMEOWNER as I requested when my lease ended. Then they made no attempt to contact me at my forwarding address of the debt.
So in all reality, I actually paid for energy my former LANDLORD USED, and got shafted on my report for not doing so ON TIME!?! Dispute after dispute has done nothing! I think by paying it, I unwittingly admitted responsibility. I just wanted it gone! THIEVES!

I think this is straight-up wrong of Ben lomand, the contract was made in my name, I was in process of getting a divorce, and my soon to be ex, in-laws, (either mother or father) mother I believe returned all my devices and cancelled my account. Now how and why were they allowed to do that if the contract was in my name and not theirs. They had nothing to do with my contract, but yet ben lomand allowed the return of my equipment and then I was reported as " BREACH OF CONTRACT " I was wrongly terminated, the contract was in my name and my name only. So I'm guessing, anyone can return anyone's equipment and cancel their subscription, causing them a breach of contract? It's not right, or fair and I shouldn't be responsible for errors on ben lomand's part

I've never had an issue with Helvey and Associates and understand they are only doing their job. I am planning on resolving this matter as soon as I gain employment after losing my job due to covid-19

I never got my last Duke bill. I also never got any notice in mail about this collection. I seen it on my credit report and I called them immediately and paid it off. Been almost two months now and it is still showing it is open and not paid. They say I owe them $0 and claim they update credit reports monthly. Lie. I'm disputing this.
