Horrible experience. After moving into my home I filed a claim for a non-functioning pool/spa heater. First contractor blamed problem on the gas meter and possibly the gas line. Gas company came out twice, replaced gas meter and checked the line and said it was fine. Then they replaced the igniter, but still didn't work. Finally sent out a "senior technician" who again blamed it on the gas line. I had a licensed plumber and licensed pool contractor both inspect the gas line and tested the pressure upon ignition, confirming that it was not the problem. After two months, I replaced the heater - took pictures as it was literally falling apart from corrosion. Cost $4K. Continued to deny through the appeals process. New heater functioning fine with same line, so tearing up my yard and spending thousands of dollars to replace it would have been worthless. Terrible experience with this company.
