This is originally a 300 something dollar debt with Home Depot which somehow became over $1,000 and again this is all due to the goldamn hostile divorce I'm going through. I would have no trouble paying $300 and something that it originally was if my finances weren't so messed up by my ex-husband. Home Depot refused to negotiate anyway and sold the debt and it went up the second time it was sold actually. That's utter bullpuckey that they can do this.

I have been very pleased with Home Depot as a company. The loan option worked out nicely for a lower rate than the credit card. The site is easy to navigate and autopay makes paying my bill simple.

I Love shopping at Home Depot. Your staff greets customers when you walk in there, fast and efficient when you ask the direction for an item to go to… When I shop at Home Depot it is very clean most of all you have the item I am looking for… People are actually friendly to the customers they are in the isles working so at all times you have somebody that is available to help and answer questions and help find items. Thank you for being available for your customers you’re doing something right.

I love have home depot credit card, you never know at what time you need something .plus I love their promotions I can pay offer time. If you don’t have a promotion, pay what you owe every month.

It has been a great card to have, mostly for repairs and some outside gardening to improve our home ( HOA), Great employees and always helpful, also great Management at my local Home Depot! I couldn't have done it without them !!

We have been ordering a TON of product thru the site. The selection and pricing is a lot better than Lowe's. Everything has been a pleasant experience except for one issue. We received an ecard and the card is unable to be entered in the system online. When I contacted them, they said it was never entered, it's an easy thing to do..so that isn't true. Frustrating and I'll surely get it worked out, but be diligent in your purchases and what you settle for. Overall, we are pleased. Returns due to breakage thru delivery service issues, are a disgrace but that falls on the delivery service not Home Depot. Can we hold UPS, Fed Ex, and the private companies responsible?? It's sad for the distribution companies to lose the profits due to lack of understanding the word "fragile". Customer service in the store is awesome at our location.

Home Depot consistently has poor customer service. Their employees aren’t knowledgeable current rules RE: Home Depot c.card w/ Citi Bank.

Uses Citi Bank and has great no interest promotions. The app needs a little work. I usually wait for a good promotion with no interest to use the card.
