Hyundai Finance

My husband paid his car completely off, so the balance was at 0. They proceeded to keep taking the payment amounts out every 2 weeks. We don't really look at our bank account so we didnt notice until it withdrew several times. Who knows how long it would have continued to withdraw if we hadnt of noticed. Will definitely not use again.

I am a customer for over 2 yrs, with 2 separate vehicles and the customer service sucks. Nobody understands what you're tatalking about
They have overcharged me 3 times messing my bank account up. The service members lie to high heaven. And they will absolutely go all out to convince you of the lie. They were suppose to refund me 696 dollars overpayment it took three weeks to get the check only for them to stop payment on it and say that my account had insufficient funds and they didn't get the money..omg such a lie. This has got to stop. I would never finance anything else with this company and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

very frustrated...accents are too thick and very hard to understand...poor communication skills...could not answer my questions...transferred the call to a dead line...given misinformation about my account....signed up for autopay yet not reflected on my account

ABSOLUTELY THE BIGGEST RIP OFF FINANCIAL GROUP EVER ALLOWED TO PRACTICE IN US. THY HAVE FRAUD CONRNERED IN THE MARKET AS THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN FOR YOU TO DEFAULT OR CAUSE EXCESS FEES. THEY SGOULD BE IMVESTIGATED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!

Worst customer service ever! Not one person knows what they are doing, they read from a script, do nothing pro-active, I was bounced between lease end department and customer service for 2 hours straight as each one did not know the answer, kept transferring me back and forth with no resolution. I purchased my vehicle in full and all I wanted was a title release. They hold your money hostage, have individuals with no knowledge to assist you, wait time for your call is at least 30 minutes, then you will get transferred and put on hold for another 30 minutes and the cycle continues. I will never, ever get another Hyundai because of this absolute nightmare. Avoid the headache and shop elsewhere

They are not good at reporting pay off negatively impacting credit I would not use this company anymore to finance a vehicle they do not put your account in good standing after being paid off

Worst customer service ever. They really screwed me over on my payments. I changed my payment date to be a week later, and they still charged me on the original date— I had no money left that week to even buy food or gas. When I called them to have it reversed, they told me there was nothing they can do and did not even care. DO NOT FINANCE FROM HYUNDAI MOTOR FINANCE!!!!

I absolutely love driving a Hyundai! I was in and out of the location within 2 hours with a easy loan payment. I am able to log on easily and no confusion.

I have always paid each month early. When I filed bankruptcy I had a seamless experience reaffirming. They worked with me and my attorney, problem free. I am current post discharge.
