If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would leave that! Their customer service SUCKS. Been trying to close account since last year after I had to abruptly move. Nearest bank now 4 hours away after move. Wouldn't close after messaging via app, and still won't as wants me to go in-person. Brought my account as close to 0 as possible so wouldn't worry about dealing with balance, and they still won't close account. Now in the negative due to below balance fees. NOT MY PROBLEM AS I REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED. Unless this bank wants to pay for my travel to my nearest bank, CLOSE THE FREAKIN ACCOUNT!
Been banking here for years. An employee recommended go use another bank because didn't want to cash a check and name was on the account. Employees were untrained and extremely rude. Absolutely unhelpful. Use extreme caution when using this bank. Not a personal bank and informed employees. Changing banks after being a customer for years.

Don't be fooled. What Iberiabank falsely claims is 'mobile banking' is nothing of the kind. I have had several representatives repeatedly tell me that their app is broken and in order to make a deposit I have to drive to a bank branch and deposit in person the very same check their app rejected as a duplicate, after agreeing that the check was not a duplicate. They are aware of the defective app, but refuse to cure it. I had one rep insist that the app CANNOT and WILL NOT be fixed. I have numerous accounts at other banks and I assure you that THEIR apps are not fatally flawed, nor do the other banks place the onus on the customer to bank in person due to their unwillingness and/or inability to remediate their flawed application. First Horizon is about to take over this mess. Wanna bet their due diligence didn't uncover the myriad issues they'll have to stumble over during merger cutover and implementation?
Updated to add that I just read the other reviews across their other product lines. As bad as Iberiabank is, I had no idea of the depth and breadth of their incompetence. Given the scope of the problems, if I'm the M&A guys at First Horizon, I'm seriously considering unwinding this deal. Could that be why they've delayed the effective date to March of 2022?

If you don't use your debit card every month, they will turn it off. An in-person visit to the branch becomes necessary. After countless problems with their servers being down and constant requirements to visit them in person to fix issues that only happen at their bank, I am going back to Chase.
If I could put a hundred negative stars to review Iberia Bank Ocean Reef Branch I would do so. Iberia Bank at Ocean Reef in Key Largo Florida treats its customers abominably, beyond what I can even realistically describe in this small space for review. The branch manager Roberto Filella and the private banker Daniela Merrell were directly responsible for a catastrophic loss to me of over $400,000, my life savings, which I was counting on for my old age (am almost 60 years old). I am currently in the process of initiating litigation against these two individuals in the effort to recover these funds, while also determining who else was involved in their deceptive banking practices that led to my loss. Both Mr. Filella and his colleague Ms. Merrell (whose name in the past was Daniela Hernandez) have been blatantly dishonest with me. It was obvious that their lies were calculatedly enacted to benefit the bank by redirecting my funds to a much wealthier client against my instructions and without my knowledge or consent. I have also reached out to the Monroe Country police to explore whether criminal charges can be filed in addition to the civil charges I am pursuing and the injunction I am seeking. Anyone considering banking with this branch does so at their peril. I cannot emphasize enough the risks you are taking if you place your money with this bank branch and expect to ever receive it back as anticipated. It is astonishing that they apparently assume that they will get away with their banking misconduct but in the end I believe they will not and I remain hopeful that justice may prevail. I strongly urge anyone and everyone who is considering any type of business relationship with this institution to bring your assets elsewhere where the bank officials and bankers will honor their professional responsibilities to clients.
They simply could not care less about helping you as a customers. Some of branch personnel in Atlanta,GA do not offer assistance at all.

Agreed to open an account for me and took the initial deposit. The next day they said they were not opening an account, but refused to release the hold on my deposit (paid via AMEX).
They choose to tie my money up and just let the hold fall off. I filed a Complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and they won't even respond to the Complaint.
Below is what I received from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau -
We have alerted the company its response is past due. We expect companies to respond to every complaint within a reasonable amount of time. We forwarded your complaint to the company; unfortunately, they have not responded in full to your complaint and are now late in getting back to you.
We’ve alerted the company that its response to your complaint is now past due and that a response is still expected.

11.2.2020 (Update) Filed a Complaint with the Federal Reserve and received a response that IBERIABANK should be responding to the CFPB and was in violation for not.
Also filed a Complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General and it was assigned an investigator yesterday, whom reached out to me for exact details.
This bank believes they do not have to answer to any regulatory authority.
Just to give an update it's now 11/12/2020 and this is the response I have received from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau........

Worst telephone customer service in the history of banks. Over the last 8 years, my password has suddenly stopped working a dozen times or more and no matter how much information you give them it is never enough. Even on a business account, they want your personal social security number (which if not illegal, it should be), then your EIN, then your account number, then they start quizzing you about transactions, then if you get past that they claim there is a code on the account that you must give them. They simply could not care less about helping you as a customer. The representatives are smug and pretentious, not caring at all if you go away with no assistance. This is so sad because the branches are as good as gold. But the phone line people are simply horrible. Perhaps First Horizon Bank will perform a much-needed house cleaning of those horrible, unhelpful, phone people.

If I could give them a zero I would. Incompetence does not begin to describe what we went through in closing our mortgage. Do NOT use them!!!
IberiaBank ATM deposits made by 7PM CT (8PM ET) on a business day will be available on the same day. Deposits made after that cut-off time will be available the next business day, unless there is a hold. In the event of a hold on your funds, the bank will notify you.
IberiaBank does not specify an ATM withdrawal limit. However, you can set up transaction and monthly spending limits on your debit card via online or mobile banking.
