At INB, they are a community of people serving the communities around them. Based in Abe Lincoln's hometown of Springfield, IL, they make it a business practice to understand what their communities in central Illinois and St. Louis want and need. They learn about each of their markets and their goals, and then they work with local business leaders and individual community members to meet those goals. Their goal is to assure their community is strong and that each of their customers lives a financially sound life.
