I purchased my home in 2012. I was a first time home buyer and I was very nervous about taking such a big step. I have heard horror stories about home loans gone wrong and foreclosures. I have had nothing less than an excellent experience with US BANK and my loan officer. If I ever have a question or a problem they are always more than happy to help. I have never had a problem with my home loan. I must say I am a happy home owner! I was walked through the loan process in a manner that made the most sense to me and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. With little credit and no previous homeowner experiences this experience has been wonderful. A million Thank you's to Mr. Sumption
