James R. Maurer

Our experience with Mr. Maurer was as smooth as could possible be. We arrived early, with our children, and he was accommodating and patient in helping us through the loan process, while we also had to do deal with our children. He was very understanding and never made us feel rushed or as though our children were being a nuisance. He was very clear in his communications, and went through all materials thoroughly. He was patient in addressing any and all questions that were asked of him and provided comprehensive information, leaving us with a sense of assurance at the end of the process. Overall, the entire process was smooth, convenient, and a welcome experience, and I certainly hope that any such future interactions I have with loan officers are as pleasant as this was.
