Jeff E. Dressen

Jeff Dressen was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a very young married couple purchasing our first home, we had very little idea of what we were doing. Jeff approved us when other banks and companies would not due to our below average to average credit. He helped us through each step of the process, and was very patient while he helped us collect all of the paperwork we needed (w2s, confirmation of employments, etc. etc. etc.). He also took the time to explain the convoluted documents we were signing, and made sure we had all the tools to be successful. When a mistake was made and Guild realized they had told us we would owe less at closing that we actually did, Jeff worked with us to correct the mistake at no cost to us.

Jeff was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We would use him again at Guild Mortgage in a second.
