The need to fix their computer system, everytime I made a payment they say they never received it or I didn't put the right information in im looking at the right information.
Paidoff account. They are still trying to collect. I had a OneMain account, I was not able to keep up with the payments so it went to collections. I understand, but I made a settlement with National Enterprise Systems and paid off what was agreed upon. I even called OneMain and NES and confirmed my settlement was paid off. So between OneMain selling a 3k debt to Jefferson and Jefferson not answering their phones... FRUSTRATING!

This company agreed to &did delete my debt from my report only to turn around & put it back on without my knowledge or consent. I have made a complaint with The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I will continue to dispute this!

Jefferson Capital supposedly bought a debt of ours and when I called to settle with them they refused to accept it. It’s almost impossible to talk to an American. Heaven forbid they actually try to work with you to settle.

I protested this account because i have never in my life had Verizon Wireless Service and Jefferson Capital still trying to say it is accurate ....and we all know its because they paid for the account so they cant allow it to not be accurate or they wasted their money and that is not acceptable...they would rather attempt to steal it and screw me than to take the loss...smh...greed
