They call they don’t even tell you who they are and they keep saying we are calling this person but we don’t want to tell you you are who we are. It’s horrible I don’t stop me something I don’t even know don’t know how to get rid of.

they did listen and work on with me on a settlement, we have come to terms on this account and it is being paid off over 5 months time frame

I tried making payments on my bill, and they sent my check back. So I'm not paying this bill. I assume they just didn't want my money.

Wanted to pay, but they couldn’t find my account and referred to another collection agency that sent me back to them. Then, they said I don’t have any accounts with them, but wouldn’t take the account off my credit report.

I paid this off and it’s still showing I owe money. When will they stop. They need to get it together as this was paid almost a month ago.

I do not recall ever taking out a loan in 2019. When I call to discuss this issue they just degrade me and make me feel 2 feet tall. I want to know what this is and why it's on my credit. I have never been approved for a $4000 loan.

Not sure how this account was sent to collections since I have been a Verizon cell customer for over 12 years and have no idea what this charge is for but Jeffcap has been easy to work with.
