We recently decided to purchase a condominium in the Columbus, Ohio, area and shopped around for the best mortgage rates. We decided that Wells Fargo and their agent Joseph McCloud (who goes by Joe) for our mortgage on our new condominium. Wells Fargo was about to match and offer a lower rate than other banks such as Chase, and offered us different terms including a ten-year, fifteen-year, and thirty-year loan options. Their agent was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our plethora of questions. He even offered to walk us through step-by-step the entire loan process, and easily clarified any questions that we had along the way about the life of the loan and the repayments for it.
