Joshua K. Moffitt

I have worked with Josh Moffitt of Silverton Mortgage on several occasions. I have done a mortgage with him and also a couple of refinances. He is wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable and honest. He is very accessible and willing to work to get the client the best possible loan. He will go out of his way to make the process of obtaining a mortgage quick and painless for his clients. I really felt like he has always had my best interest in mind. He has saved me a great deal of money over the years. I would not want to work with anyone else. He has even helped me refinance my home mortgage with a company other than his own because it was a better loan for my situation. I would and have recommended him to friends and co-workers. He is always my first call when I need a mortgage.
