My wife Bronwyn and I have been insured with Fireman's Fund through Jules Berlin Agency for six or seven years now. We haven't had to experience the claims process other than a broken window (thankfully!) however we are extremely happy with the service we receive from the agency. We have very good insurance through them - most policies only cover a per diem such as $50 or $75 per day for expenses should your car be in an accident, but with FF we have a $10,000 fund to cover car rentals and expenses. MUCH better than any place else, and the rates are very competitive. Keep in mind this is not the ultra cheap, crappy bare coverage type insurance you'd get from one of those internet sites, JBA specializes in insurance for full coverage drivers for the most part.
