I found Julio by browsing through Yelp and decided to call him up to discuss my family’s real estate needs due to his stellar rating and reviews. And I’m happy to say that Julio delivered on everything and more that my family asked for in our tall order. We had complicated issues that likely could have prevented us from being funded on our home purchases, but Julio and his team found a way to get the loans funded on my family’s dream home and my first home. I felt like Julio really understood our predicament and went above and beyond to please everyone and provide us with the best outcome. He even stopped by at my grandma’s house to gift her with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate her birthday and the sale of her home. After this experience, I will trust Julio with all of my future real estate needs.
