kiamotors has the worst customer service I highly recommend if you buy a Kia do NOT go through Kia motors finance for the loan they do not do what they say I am on my 3rd supervisor regarding wrongfully pulling my money out and they are listening to recorded calls because I demanded they did because I will use them in court if I have to. They are not indemnifying on giving me the refund I deserve period I did not authorize the withdraw and do not have auto pay set up so this is beyond ridiculous and infuriating. To think I used to work for them and promote them and have financed 5 cars through them specifically! Never ever ever again ill take higher interest rate over this crap. Worst customer service ever. I can't wait for them to call me back after listening to the calls proving how bad they messed up grrr. Now onto tiktok Google etc on to destroy their reputation and hopefully help others never go through waking up to your bank account being negative because someone took your $ that they never had authorization to take.

We had a Kia Soul. 18 months into a 3 year lease we had a bad accident that left it totalled. Drove it away new for 25k. The buyout price? Insurance had to pay them 26k!! We owed 18k. These greedy trash people banked 8k. They got me for 3 leases, and had they been fair would have had me for 10 more. Never again! My wife and I will never get a Kia because of this. I will spend all my energy smearing their name for the rest of my days.

Great service and excited that they worked with me on extending financing for me this enabled me to build and establish my credit and for that I am grateful
They took a payment out of my account six days after the payoff had gone through! I called to resolve it, but was told “we don’t have a phone number for the department that issues refunds. We can only contact them by email, and it takes 3-10 business days for a response.” Absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable in the year 2022!

It’s my first time financing through Kia Finance but so far, it seems to be a pretty good experience. Making my payments have been easy using the helpful tools.
My husband and I both leased cars on the same day. The first payment slips just came, and the payment amount is too high on both accounts. They claim that it was a simple error. One I could understand, but both? I think that this is Kia's way of getting a few extra dollars out of each and every customer.

HOLY WOW. I have never in my life experienced so much incompetence. It is astounding. Its they have scripts created by children and cannot go off script. Cannot actually be helpful. EVER. I have Neve had so many issues just literally trying to make a payment to a company. Hate them like poison.
