Cars are great as we have no issues in that regard. The customer service and support is terrible. For my issue, I needed to ship my car to Arizona since I am relocating from Hawaii. I went through their transportation checklist to get a shipping authorization form and they tell me 5-10 business days to process once all the required documents are submitted. After 10 business days, they tell me that I have to wait an additional 3 business days because management has to approve the letter. So why not tell me that from the beginning?
The worst part is that I only had 4 business days left before my one way flight to Arizona. Additionally, they couldn't expedite the approval or promise me a certain date that I would receive the letter. They also wouldn't take liability of shipping fees if they didn't deliver on time.
Long story short, avoid financing your car with Kia. If you need to do so for a low APR, make sure you don't have to contact customer service throughout the lifetime of the loan. As for the "escalation specialist" Hildi that I talked to, thanks for nothing and you were not helpful at all.

My 2020 KIA Forte saved my fiancée and my life when we T-boned a car at 60mph! Accident happened 12/12/21 and had a new 2022 KIA Forte by 12/15/21! Finance manager was very helpful. I feel safe in my KIA Forte!
Worst most fraudulent company!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I can go on and on listing details of the torture they put me through but I will just summarize by saying - do not trust this company! Not any of their departments.

Absolutely love Kia, gave me a shot when no one else did. I got a brand new car when other’s wanted such a large payment. I’m greatful they gave me a chance.
My car was totaled, and paid off. Kia is still reporting that I owe $310 on it, which is not accurate! I have disputed this repeatedly, and also they recently just reopened my account!
The rate is good but the service is very poor. The first payment came weeks before the date quoted by the dealership. At this point we should have made one payment but they just took the third from our account. It also took 2 phonecalls to get them to take the payment from the correct account.

I have had 3 leases through Kia Finance and Have had problems every time. They have given wrong information to the dealer, taken money from a closed account (it took mr nine months and better bureau to get it back), neither the dealership nor Kia Finance were helpful when I wanted to buy the car after my lease was over. I would not recommend them if you are considering leasing a car from them.

They lied to me about terms and about payments and then decided to take my car after 3yrs for one late payment then wanted me to pay them 2000 dollars to get it back
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Upon reviewing my documents, my monthly payments were not being applied to appropriate. My fixed rate interest was all over the place. Some months it was $300, $100, then back up to $300. The last year of my loan when it was at $65 all of the sudden it was $365 for a month. Then part of my payment would be applied to late fees and/or NSF FEES which I did not have.
Totally Suck Kia Finance Customer Service and there Finance division No Help Once leased a car for my son when making the deal the turns were 36 months and all agreed on my mistake was I didn't have my eye glasses on when I signed my lease contract for my son so I'm thinking its 36 months not till after one year my sone wanted to change cars I said that shouldn't be a issue we only have 2 years left when my son got back from the dealer he said dad we have 3 years left I went off Calked the dealer who now was out off business son the kia dealership to another company who said they cant help me calked Kia finance they said call the dealer they cant help me after 3 months back and fourth I returned the car to the new kia dealer and said it you cant help im done I know its not a smart thibg to do it could harm me in getting another auto loan ir leas but after explaining the same all other loan and or lease companies understood and approved me i have had sint that time over 5 leases snd loans open and open and paid on time all the time for me and my kids cars and suvs
