Stopped autopayment on my mortgage despite sending in forms twice. Nothing but a nightmare trying to figure out what these people need. Became a member as a result of a merger and will be looking to stop banking with them as soon as possible. Have cost me unnecessary time and fees in 8 months....more than thirty years with my previous bank XFCU.
Kinecta refinanced my last truck and actually cut my payment in half. I always thought a lot of this company because of the fast and friendly service I received. I just recently purchased another new truck and was a spur of the moment deal so went with the dealership finance thinking I could get Kinecta to refinance the loan. This is where it heads South there associate tells me he needs a copy of title from original finance company so I spend 2 days trying to get documents he needs and they tell me they don’t have title and my state participates in electronic titles so no way to get copy of title. I’m very disappointed in Kinecta for there lack of trying to help me get this deal done,when before it was so easy. I will just end with Kinecta wants you to jump through all these hoops and no kind of customer service. Thanks but I will not do anymore business with KINECTA.

I've never in my life seen such an incompetent bank, and that's coming from someone who previously banked with BofA. Their inability to conduct a simple wire transfer FOR TWO DAYS even after I came in person to the bank to do so and was told it was all done means that now I'm going to lose over $10,000 in earnest money and the house that I was supposed to purchase now will not be able to close on the mortgage because these idiots couldn't pull their heads out of their rectums to do their d*mned jobs. On top of which, my mother's Kinecta debit card has been screwed up FOUR TIMES in THREE DAYS after FIVE trips to a Kinecta branch, leading to her being repeatedly embarrassed because her card was declined at restaurants and stores even though she has literally over $500K in Kinecta accounts. An absolute disgrace, Kinecta used to be fantastic, now I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to bank there. Actually, I take that back; my worst enemy is the ONLY person I'd tell to bank there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I like Kinecta credit union I haven’t had any problems with them .if I have a question or a problem I can always call them and They will help me get to the bottom of the the situation
Sooo! I wasn't happy today. My car loan was paid off Feb. 7, 2022. And most of us know you have to have a $5 fee to open with a credit union. WELL!! I called today to close the savings part with the $5 AND THEY TELL ME THEY KEPT IT BECAUSE IT WAS SITTING FOR 30 DAYS! No one told me I had to take that $5 out. I also have a EECU credit union account. And the $5 has been sitting for a year. And it's still open. No one takes it! DO THE MATH? If they take that $5 from everyone that doesn't close it out with in a 30 day period. Just think about HOW MUCH MONEY THEY MAKE ON INNOCENT PEOPLE??? Just knowing how they have a real gimmick going. I will never use them again. And you should think twice before you do. Not a very trust worthy bank! I NEVER GOT AN NOTICE ABOUT IT EITHER. Shame, shame!

Everytime I've applied for a car they say weird untrue things like 'your credit frozen' which it's not. They've also told me 'you didn't pay off a personal loan' which is also not true, all loans were paid as agreed and closed. Not sure what's up with the loan dept but overall this fcu is pretty dysfunctional and I've banked with them for a decade. Time to switch

Kinecta is an awesome credit union. They recently bought out Xceed. I love this credit union. A little hard to reach them by phone
This loan was paid off in February of 2021 this should not even be on my credit report anymore as an open account. This just goes to show their lack of professionalism.

I waited 2 and 1/2 hours to speak to someone about transferring a balance. Two people told me it was not possible. I asked why the option exists on the phone ( “press three for balance transfers”). Finally a woman told me to do it on line. When I asked her her name ( to thank her for FINALLY giving me the info I needed), she hung up on me. The ways this three hours has gone BAFFLES me. Where is courtesy? Kindness? I am thoroughly disgusted.

You can check for Kinecta credit card pre-approval online. Current Kinecta Federal Credit Union customers may also receive pre-approved offers periodically by e-mail or when logging into their card's online account. And in some cases, Kinecta FCU will send people pre-approved offers for a specific credit card in the mail.
Getting pre-approved for a Kinecta credit card indicates that your chances of being approved for an account are very high, should you decide to apply. It does not mean that approval is guaranteed.
How to Check for Kinecta Credit Card Pre-Approval Online
Click on "Get Started" under “Get your credit limit in a single click” on Kinecta's website.
You'll be redirected to the “Rate Reset” page where you'll need to enter your date of birth and cell phone number.
Press “Continue” to begin your pre-approval process and see what credit cards, credit limit, and rates you qualify for.
If you have pre-approved offers, you can apply for the card of your choice directly from the pre-approval site. Simply click the button next to the card you want, and you will be directed to the card's application page. To respond to a pre-approved offer in the mail, visit the website listed in your pre-approval letter and enter the invitation code included with your offer. This allows Kinecta to flag the application as pre-approved.
Kinecta credit card pre-approvals do not affect your credit score, as they're done using a soft “pull,” or inquiry. But if you decide to submit an application for any of their cards, Kinecta will conduct a hard inquiry, which will lead to a slight, but temporary decrease in your credit score.
