The WORST! Vehicle totaled, have full coverage including replacement value. All of that means nothing to anpac, they found a vehicle in another State for $5,000.00 less than the local price. I was told I could make the trip and buy the out of State vehicle or buy locally but they were only going to pay the out of State price. 2 months, no payment yet, dishonest scammers. Buy insurance elsewhere, anpac makes their own rules despite what the policy says. You will pay for “make believe” coverage.

American National has been easy to deal with and quick to pay our accident claims. I feel like their customer service is better than other insurance companies. I have dealt with other companies that are not nearly as "user-friendly".

I have had homeowner's through ANPAC for over 10 years, except for a very brief time (six months or less) 5-6 years ago. After returning to ANPAC after this very brief period, during which I was covered under a different policy, I was told I had roof damage and was put on a roof schedule of coverage or they would cancel my policy. Of course this was after cancelling my last policy so that I did not have the option of staying with that company. Last week I tried to file a claim on an outside building and they tell me it was built improperly (wrong roofing material) so they would not pay. Ok, I guess they conveniently did not notice the improperly built building while doing a roof inspection without my knowledge I have been paying insurance on for all these years before and after? On top of that the person who came to check my building offered to inspect my house roof for damage while he was here. Sure, why not right? He tells me my roof is in very good shape, estimated 5-7 years old. Ha, it is 12 years old, and what happened to the roof damage many years ago? I tried to call and complain, actually got a live person on the phone, who of course said I needed to talk to someone else and I was sent to voice mail. Currently shopping for homeowner's!

I have had ANPAC car insurance for since I started driving as a 16 year old, and I am currently shopping for new car insurance. ANPAC's main problem is that they are behind the times. They only communicate by snail mail, and have no online payment system. Two huge problems that I've had with them recently were their failure to renew my policy even though I had submitted all the necessary paperwork, and the billing notices, which they mail to customers on their automatic payment program, arrive irregularly, often after they have taken the money.

I have been with Farm Family for 25 years. I use them for both home and car coverage. My agent Kyle Walter and his staff in the Liberty, NY office have helped me numerous times. They are all very attentive and helpful in resolving any issues I have ever had. I recently was able to lower my home owners and car insurance rates by over $200 a month. This is a huge saving for me. My agent actually called to let me know about the possibility of saving more money. I did not have to call them!
I am very happy with Farm Family and would highly recommend them to anyone.
