Linda C. Zadach

I have always been into Historic Houses and I knew there was a great opportunity after the 2008 housing crisis to snatch one up. I set my sights on Savannah, Georgia as I that has always been my first choice for such a magnificent property. I decided to research Mortgage Brokers and came across Linda Zadach. Linda had a ton of accolades with over 30 years of experience in mortgage financing and being born and raised in Savannah, she was the perfect fit to help me not only put me in contact with a property owner looking to sell, but she was also there for the whole business end of the transaction. I have never dealt with any one as knowledgeable as her and I have been involved in real estate transactions all over the United States. I came to her office in the morning and left later on in the afternoon, a new home owner of an Antebellum property, my very first in Georgia. Linda, was able to work out a mortgage so low, that I was able to renovate the property in a few months with the extra savings and I had planned to take at least two years. That is a clear testament as to how great Linda is. She is an expert in all areas and I will be using her for all future investments and purchases in Savannah.
