Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I took advantage of the COVID forbearance, and now the send me a letter of foreclosure denying that they approved my COVID forbearance plan. I’m a disabled 21 year vet. Dealing with the very rude and shouting representatives causes almost as much stress as combat. The reps are SO rude and I feel like many are prejudice. I CANNOT WAIT to refinance with a different company! Any company is better than these rude, unprofessional numbskulls.

Horrible service. I have been sending documents to them and to loancare to remove false extra charges on my account for months. They never fix their mistakes, they never adjusted anything, even though all insurances policies and all required documents have been faxed and uploaded to them Online. I spent hours on the phone trying to reach them but it’s useless. I am a very busy doctor and I barely have any free time. At this point, I’m considering legal options.

The worst company I have ever come across! The worst customer service! They are a bunch of thieves! They kept taking unauthorized money from account from my account and are not paying me back. They were supposed to delete an escrow account, it’s been taking them months and they are still stealing money from my account. Avoid this company!!

I lost job 6 mths into loan. I pad mortgage on time for 6 mths following. I was approved for a forbearance, though pad as agreed, they reported me late every month for the year. Once I got a new job, instead of allowing me to refi back to 2200, they denied it and I paid 4600 for 6 mths. They wanted me to fail. They were ZERO help. They said I would do paperwork to move the balance to the end of my loan and that they would not report the forbearance plan as late monthly. LIARS with no morals, values or ethics.

If you gave me an option to give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible and my lender just pushed me to them. If your lender did the same it's likely because they don't care about your business, they care about their profits after closing your loan and this is the cheapest option and cheapest service and it truly shows.

They refused to pay my flood insurance policy that was collected in an escrow account because the flood policy was in my middle name and not first name. Explained to representative that it was in everyone's best interest to pay the flood policy to protect the property. Defiant representative said that it would not be paid. I went directly to flood insurance company and paid policy out of pocket.

Having to give this company one star is sickening but worth it to tell my story.. This is my first home. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I did not choose this company my loan was sold to this horrible company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have been paying on my house for 3 years, I did a loan modification and brought my payment down one hundred dollars - now they tell me that I have missed an entire year of payments (WHICH IS NOT TRUE) and the payments that I have been making on my home have not been applied... so THOUSANDS of dollars that I have sent to them is sitting somewhere??? I am getting phone calls from different agents saying that the paperwork I had filled out for my modification was never received, which in turn I have to explain that the paperwork has been received and that's been confirmed per dozens of customer service agents/supervisors. Each time I contact them or they contact me I get escalated to a manager who says my paperwork has been received - then 4 days later I get ANOTHER call saying my paperwork was not received. It's a cycle that happens to me 2x a week at this point. I don't have words to express how aggravating this experience has been. It's concerning that this is happening. I'm getting documents in the mail saying that my home is in jeopardy! Then I speak to someone from loancare who states that everything is "fine, disregard the paperwork". Now they are telling me the modification has been removed and I need to not only pay them an absurd amount of money (because they messed something up on their end) but they want me to fill out another set of documents!!! This has got to be a JOKE! Frankly chances are they will lose any form of documentation I fill out again because this company has no idea what they are doing. This has been happening for 19 months!!!! Yes.. 19 months!!!!! I am in contact with a lawyer and I am planning to sue this company for this ridiculous inexcusable behavior. I have left work early dozens of time to try to get this figured out, I have stayed on the phone for HOURS on hold, They have promised me they'd take care of this issue dozens of times and it's never been resolved, and each person I speak to READS THE NOTES IN MY FILE - they can all see that someone clearly screwed up somewhere. This is NOT MY PROBLEM and I am mortified that I am dealing with this. If you are dealing with similar issues from loancare you can email: [email protected] I would be interested in reading what you have had to deal with. This is my home, where I have my family and celebrate holidays, where I eat dinner every night and spend time with my loved ones. I work hard to make sure I pay the bills on time (most of the time early). This has been the worst experience ever and if anyone is reading this and has had a similar experience I hope you sue this company also. My best advice is RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS you have with anyone from this place - heavily document everything you receive, anything you send to them, KEEP COPIES OF EVERYTHING!!! Trust me, you will get screwed over. Whomever runs this should be terminated - This entire business/company should cease to exist.
