Not the same Credit Union they once were. Had a bogus charge on my card and was called a liar by the associate when I tried to explain the situation. I've never been treated that bad before by any bank/credit union. After 3 months, I'm still waiting for the money to be returned. I've already moved over $10K from Members 1st to a more trusting bank and will cancel all my accounts if I don't get my money back.

The last three years Members First turn me down for several loans which I went to another bank and they approve me.
I bought a 2016 Dodge Caravan and they sent my information to Members 1st and for some reason they approved me which now I regret.
I seen on my loan that they added 2900 for a warranty and $900 for gap insurance and no one even told me about this. Now membersfirst keeps contact me they want proof that I have car insurance. Buy insurance company sends down the information but they keep wanting more info. I'm very tired of this harassment.

Love them! helped me get a low interest rate for a personal loan and a 0% interest credit card for 12 months then with a low interest rate after the promotion is over with.

First secured credit card I’m not sure how this even works idk what my payments are I just get a random number every month and I pay it I’m not sure if I’m supposed to pay it all off or make payments probably destroying my credit

Ridiculous, I've been a member for over 7 years and have only ever been approved for a first time buyer car loan which I paid off 2 years early, now every time I apply for another loan or even a CC they decline me. Credit is mid 600 range and they know I pay my bills on time. Really about to switch my banking services to one that will appreciate me.

Very reasonable, very friendly. Lowest rates around in my area. Also on line banking is a great and easy app to help pay and maintain account

I am shocked at the negative reviews. I have been using M1st for years and am treated very well. Never even considered moving to another bank.
