I paid this debt about 3 weeks ago in November 2022. They said it would take 5-30 days to be removed from my credit report. I'm still waiting.
But one good thing is they are willing to allow payments. If you can not pay in full.

This account was to be removed from my credit report several years ago but has not been removed. I’ve made several requests but nothing has been done.

Tried for months to make contact with MCG and have yet been able to reach anyone, therefor this medical debt just sits here and I can’t do anything about it.

Rip off and don't want monthy payments want a up front. They don't want to help you. They brought it so now they want full payment and don't care about your credit

Paid 60% of balance..2 weeks later it disappeared from my credit report ………"…………Did what they said they would…………………………………………………..

I don't understand why this account shows, as it was paid in full over 2 years ago. I have contacted the institution regarding the discrepancy and it was supposedly corrected. I have gotten so annoyed that I paid the $17 to them again! Why would I pay off an obligation and leave a small amount of $17 with all of the frustrations? Makes no sense!!!!!
