Michael G. Mangum

I have used Mike Mangum for the past 6 years, and have been very impressed by him. We were having problems with our roof and called his office to see if their was anything they could do for us. Mike, himself, came out to our house to look at the roof, he crawled into our attic to look around and really took the time to investigate the problem. Sadly, their was nothing that State Farm would do, but I was really impressed with Mike for taking the time when he did not have to. Also, whenever I have called his office and have needed to talk to Mike directly about a problem I know I will receive a call from him even if the problem has been resolved by his team. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, he truly is one of a kind.
